One of Bob's favorite astronomical objects to observe is the planet Mars. Here are some drawings of Mars that Bob made during the 1999 and 2001 oppositions of the Red Planet. Bob has made most of these drawings with either a 4-inch telescope or a 20-inch telescope. Bob made both of these telescopes (and others).
